Training is needed to strengthen not only your physical body but also your mind and spirit. As we circuit train, lift weights, run, swim and work on our cardio we also need to make sure that we keep our mind and spirit exercised in reading and meditating on God's word. Too often we forget  that we are in a spiritual battle. We need to prepare daily for the battles not only in the physical realm but in the spirtual as well. Without training for our fights on the mat, in the ring, or in the spiritual realm we will not be ready to engage the enemy and we will be submitted or KO'd early in the fight. I challenge you today to not only intensify your training in the gym but intensify your training for the spiritual battles that you face from day to day.
